What is health & nutrition coaching?
Health and nutrition coaching is a personalized, supportive partnership designed to help you reconnect with your body, clarify what truly supports your well-being, and create sustainable habits that feel aligned with your life.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all plan, we focus on you—your lifestyle, your needs, and your vision for how you want to feel.
What does a coach do—and not do?
As your coach, I serve as a supportive partner—helping you bring awareness to your habits, choices, and patterns, while creating space for clarity around what truly supports your health.
I offer guidance, encouragement, and accountability, especially in those moments when you know what you want to do, but find it difficult to stay consistent or feel unsure of your next step. This work is collaborative and personalized, focused on helping you build the tools, confidence, and self-trust to make decisions that feel aligned with your body and your life.
Health and nutrition coaching does not replace medical care. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, but instead complement the care you may already be receiving.
Do I have to have specific goals in mind before we start?
Not at all.
Many clients come in knowing they want to feel better, but aren’t exactly sure what that looks like yet. Part of our work together is helping you gain clarity, define what matters to you, and create a path forward that feels aligned and supportive.
Is your coaching only for women?
While my primary focus is supporting women in midlife, this work is open to anyone who feels aligned with a more intentional, sustainable, and personalized approach to health.

What kind of food do you offer?
I prepare simple, nourishing meals using primarily organic, plant-based ingredients, with the option to incorporate additional proteins based on your preferences. Whenever possible, meals are created with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and are packaged without the use of plastic.
Offerings often include a standard menu and a rotating selection of prepared meals, fresh salads, house-made beverages, nut milks, and thoughtfully crafted desserts—each designed to feel both nourishing and enjoyable in your everyday life.
For those who feel limited on time or energy, this provides a way to stay consistently nourished without the added demand of daily cooking.

Do I have to start with coaching, or can I choose individual services?

While coaching provides a more comprehensive and foundational level of support, each offering is available individually. Whether you’re seeking prepared meals, a pantry reset, or cooking classes, you can engage in whatever way meets your current needs.
