Why I Do This Work

For years, I lived the life I believed I was supposed to live.

I followed the path that made sense. I worked hard, checked the boxes, and did everything I thought would eventually lead to happiness and fulfillment.

But underneath it all, I wasn't happy. I felt disconnected from myself and unsure why the life I'd worked so hard to build did not fulfill me.

Around that same time, my body began to change.

I was experiencing hot flashes, night sweats, changes in my cycle, depression, and eventually brain fog so severe that I genuinely wondered if I was developing dementia. Doctors told me everything looked normal. Friends laughed it off as getting older.

No one suggested I might be in perimenopause.

For years, I believed something was wrong with me.

Then life invited me into a season of unexpected change.

What initially felt like everything falling apart eventually became an opportunity to rebuild my life with greater intention.

I realized I could no longer keep living according to old expectations. I had to redefine what health meant to me, how I wanted to live, and how I would nourish myself—body, mind, and spirit.

It all began with one simple question:

What if the life I was trying so hard to live wasn't actually the life I was meant to be living?

That question changed everything.

As I began learning about menopause, I realized this transition wasn't only changing my hormones. It was changing me.

Instead of continuing to live according to everyone else's expectations, I started listening to myself. I rediscovered what brought me joy, learned to trust my own body instead of fighting it, and began making choices that reflected who I truly was.

Somewhere along the way, I realized something I wish every woman knew:

Perimenopause and menopause don't have to be the beginning of losing yourself. They can be the beginning of finding yourself.

That's why I do this work.

I don't believe women need someone to tell them what they should do. I believe they need trustworthy education, compassionate support, meaningful connection with other women, and the space to discover what works best for them.

My role isn't to prescribe the "right" path. It's to walk beside you as you navigate this transition, helping you better understand what's happening in your body, explore your options with confidence, and reconnect with the wisdom that's already within you.

I know what it's like to wonder if you're going crazy, to be dismissed, to question yourself, and to feel like no one else could possibly understand what you're experiencing.

I also know what it feels like to come through that uncertainty with a deeper trust in yourself than you've ever had before.

My hope is that every woman I work with discovers what I did—that she already holds the wisdom she needs. My role is simply to help her reconnect with it.

How I Can Support You

My personal experience sparked this work, but my training has given me the knowledge and tools to guide women through perimenopause and menopause with compassion, curiosity, and a whole-person perspective. I continue to learn because every woman deserves access to thoughtful, trustworthy information and support.
